It leaves us with the bitter taste of defeat, but also the spirit that you have to have to play for Atletico.\u201d<\/p>\n Simeone was sent off after Liverpool\u2019s late winner after reacting to fans behind his dugout area \u2013 he elaborated on what happened when speaking to the media.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are in a place where we do not have the right to react. It is not right when we react because we are protagonists, but in the same way that we fight against racism and insults to players, the benches are glued together and it is not easy to receive insults all game. The third goal came and in addition to the insults there was a gesture, and I am only a person.<\/p>\n \u201cWe always talk about caring, respecting\u2026 but they insult you throughout the game from behind. I can\u2019t say anything because I\u2019m the coach. My reaction is not justifiable, but after 90 minutes of insults, it is not easy. The referee told me he understood the situation.
