I feel totally responsible when things don\u2019t go well. But they haven\u2019t eliminated us from the Champions League, we have two games. And we are going to face those two games.\u201d<\/p>\n Arbeloa was also asked about his decision to bring on Jorge Cestero ahead of established first teamer Dani Ceballos.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was a technical decision. We needed the situation that has occurred with Asencio not to happen, everyone had a card in defence. I wanted to protect the team a little, I knew they could outplay us in an attack. In the end Raul was sent off. I have a lot of confidence in Cestero, he suited us very well. There is no more.\u201d<\/p>\n One comment that has been picked up on last week is that he \u2018did not want Mbappe and Vinicius to tire themselves out defending\u2019, a clear shift from Xabi Alonso\u2019s discourse. After losing 4-2, Arbeloa was asked if he regretted those comments, and gave a defiant response.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t regret any comments that I have made.
